On 9.9.24 Supreme Court decision Comrade Provash Ghosh, General Secretary of SUCI(Communist) has issued the following statement : Junior doctors' movement is most legitimate, which got active wide support from the people of our country and abroad as well. Supreme Court decision is disappointing, much expected judgement is delayed and whether it will be denied only future will reveal. Meanwhile, only course to achieve demands movements are to be intensified in various forms.
